Maui's Real Estate Market Update
September 2017 was similar to past Septembers. New listings for single family homes coming to market rose by 8.7% and listings for condominiums increased by 13.9%. Median sale prices for single family homes fell to $650,000 and rose to $433,750 for condominiums. In terms of South Maui, the median sale price for a single family home is $862,500 and for condominiums it's $372,875. This is probably due to the fact that there are currently 110 single family homes active in the mls and 263 active condominiums as of October 18, 2017. Not so many choices for homes and plenty of choices for condominiums. Thank you for taking the time to read this little summary about South Maui's real estate market.
