A bit of activity at Kamaole Sands this past week. If you've thought about selling in the past, this is still a great time for sellers. Our lack of inventory not only at Kamaole Sands but all of Maui has kept the market strong for vacation rentable condominiums. As long as people want to have their vacations on Maui and not want to spend thousands of dollars per night at a hotel, our vacation rentable condominiums will hold their values. Keep in mind that just like any market we will have our ups and downs but those corrections will be on an upswing. Maui, No Ka Oi.
