Compared to other islands, Maui's real estate prices are still at the higher end of the spectrum. Having said that, most of the average and median list prices all across the board have come down with the exception of Central Maui's single family home market. The average list price went up from last week. I've said it in the past but I really believe the next decade will be interesting times for our little island.
