Maui Real Estate: March 24th

Overall, Maui's real estate market is experiencing a bit of a slow down. Sales activity in South Maui continues to be bolstered by sales at La'i Loa which is a brand new condominium complex at the beginning of Wailea. I'm seeing price reductions across all facets of our market. Single family homes, condominiums and vacant land in all areas of Maui. The most budget friendly area continues to be Central Maui. Let's take a look at how the market fared this past week:
