Maui Real Estate Rainy Edition

The weather has been creating havoc for Maui's visitors and residents lately. But I guess I shouldn't complain as much of the mainland is experiencing snow, cold and other non sunny conditions. The weather puts a damper on open houses, showing and caravan but that doesn't mean real estate is not being sold. Here's how the market did for the past week:
