Total Active Listings (Res, Condo, Land) this week is 633 versus 592 last week across the whole MLS, an increase of 41 units and Total Pending (Res, Condo, Land) is 341 versus 337 last week, a increase of 4 from the week before.
There were 25 price changes in the last 7 days and 23 of those were price decreases with 2 seeing price increases.
There were 47 new listings (Res, Condo, Land) this past week and 6 have gone pending within the first week of listing.

South Maui Real Estate
South Maui mirrored how Maui as a whole did this past week. 17 new listings, only 2 properties pending within the last week and 7 properties closed this past week. This is "normal" for our market as people start to concentrate on parties, shopping, family and friends.
