Maui Real Estate Stats

Things are normal these days as we get closer to the December holidays. Here's what happened in Maui's market as a whole:

New escrows went down this past week 28 versus 33 from the week before. Total pending properties overall went down from the week before while active inventory rose slightly across the three categories I track.

Total Active Listings (Res, Condo, Land) this week is 592 versus 579 last week across the whole MLS, an increase of 13 units and Total Pending (Res, Condo, Land) is 337 versus 354 last week, a decrease of 17 from the week before.

There were 27 price changes in the last 7 days and 24 of those were price decreases with 3 seeing price increases.

There were 46 new listings (Res, Condo, Land) this past week and only 3 have gone pending within the first week of listing.

28 new escrows this past week on Maui in the markets I track. 17 Condos, 10 homes, and 1 land parcel.


South Maui Real Estate Statistics

59 single family homes are on the market in South Maui. List prices range from $720,000 to $26,500,000. Median list price is $2,695,000. 80 Condominiums are active on the market ranging in price from $460,000 to $18,000,000. Median price is $899,500. 16 parcels of land round out the South Maui market. Prices range from $990,000 to $18,500,000. Median price is $3,725,000.
