As I review what's happened in our market in the past week. Buyers and Sellers came to an agreement on 21 properties. This is the most I've seen in one week in a LONG time. Condos lead the way with 14 units going under contract. They are a mixture of both vacation rentable and residential units and they vary in list price from about $500k to $3.3M. 7 single family homes round out the pending properties for the week. Lowest priced is $828k and the highest is $2.35M Wailea home. Having said that, here's this past weeks report....
