Let's start off with the good news. Eleven buyers and sellers came to an agreement and opened escrow this past week. That gives me the confidence that there are actual buyers out there as open houses have been slow. :-) Otherwise, the story is pretty much the same. New listings, price reductions and a few sales. Here's how South Maui did this past week....
