South Maui Real Estate: Oct. 13th

South Maui experienced some action when it came to new listings this past week. We had close to 30 properties come to market, 4 of which are listed above $4,000,000. As more properties come to market, not only does this give buyers more options, it will most likely incentivize sellers to consider price reductions.
