South Maui seems to be gearing up for this upcoming high season. We've experienced more properties coming to market than price reductions. Compared to the previous week, more properties found buyers and sellers. And there was a decent amount of closed properties. If you look at the summary, I did miss indicating that the two Maui Kamaole properties being Minatoya Properties.
