South Maui's real estate market is similar to the rest of Maui. We are continuing to see price reductions, fewer properties going under contract and a four high ticket properties closing this past week. Meaning, sold real estate above $4,000,000. It will be interesting to see how the market will react to the upcoming reduction in interest rates.
