South Maui Statistics

Greetings and salutations everyone. I hope your Sunday is a good one so far. Before we get into the stats for South Maui here's a little bit about a few other places too:


A little additional information about the market.

New escrows were down significantly this past week - 33 versus 43 from the week before. Total pendings overall went down significantly from the week before while active inventory increased significantly from the previous week


Total Active Listings (Res, Condo, Land) this week is 541 versus 529 last week across the whole MLS, an increase of 12 units and Total Pending (Res, Condo, Land) is 407 versus 423 last week, a decrease of 16 from the week before.


There were 17 price changes in the last 7 days and all 17 of those were price decreases.


There were 44 new listings (Res, Condo, Land) this past week and 2 have gone pending within the first week of listing.


33 new escrows this past week on Maui in the markets we track. 17 Condos, 16 homes, and 0 land broken down as follows:




South Maui Statistics

17 new listings this past week in South Maui.


Price adjustments for South Maui aren't as plentiful as in past weeks. No price increases.

56 single family homes are on the market in South Maui. List prices range from $749,900 to $35,000,000. Median list price is $2,187,500. 77 Condominiums are active on the market ranging in price from $530,000 to $12,750,000. Median price is $1,100,000. 10 parcels of land round out the South Maui market. Prices range from $2,000,000 to $6,900,000. Median price is $4,149,500.
