As we head deeper into fall, it looks as if the September slow down is starting to ramp up. As you can see from the stats below, we've had several high priced real estate listings come to market and a decent amount of properties go under contract. Here's how the new listings look....

And finishing up the sold properties for the past week, notice the amount of conventional loans. It seems recent increases in interest rates have not deterred buyers. Interest rates compared to the 1970's are still low as they were in double digits back in the day.

Median list price is $2,447,000. 65 Condominiums are active on the market ranging in price from $499,000 to $18,000,000. Median price is $1,095,000. 11 parcels of land round out the South Maui market. Prices range from $990,000 to $6,900,000. Median price is $3,950,000.
