Just like South Maui, real estate on the West side experienced a higher number of price reductions but had more properties go under contract this past week. Four Minatoya properties came to market and several adjusted their list prices. It seems like everybody is waiting to see how Bissen's bill and lack of tourism number will affect the market and how long.
