List price wise, things are popping over on the west side. Not only did a super cherry on top of the sundae type property find a buyer (9 Bay Drive $30,000,000), there are four other homes ranging in price from $5.5M to $17.8M also under contract. With regard to Minatoya Properties, there has not been much movement on the west side. Here's how that side of the island's real estate market performed:
