I absolutely love being upcountry. It's a different way of life up there on Haleakala. The pace of life is slower and temperatures are cooler. Here's how the market did this past week:


Six properties went under contract since last Sunday. That's pretty good for a place where single family homes and vacant land comprise of most real estate activity.
